Gage Banks

Gage Banks grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. He began playing the drums at age three and began orchestral percussion at age twelve. He has studied with percussionist Dr. Gary Robinson and currently studies with Mr. Everett Beale at the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities. He has attended seminars and masterclasses by world-renowned percussions such as Neil Grover, Keith Aleo, and many more. In the summer of 2017, Gage was a finalist and performed at the Piccolo Spoleto: Rising Artists Competition in Charleston, South Carolina. Gage will be continuing his musical education as he pursues a Bachelors of Music Performance at Furman University this fall.
