Youguey is a new force in hip hop and storytelling. He is building the road for his career of emcee, proving his ability to paint pictures through every word he uses. “Rap is not dead, you are just not listening to the right artist”.

He is an independent artist with a mind of a true businessman. As a brainchild of the old school of hip hop, youguey is continuously setting his bar high in order to become the best version of himself. Being influenced by 2pac, Notorious B.I.G, Ryan Leslie, Russ, Kendrick Lamar, J.Cole, Rapsody, the Ivorian rapper represents much more than just Rap, he is an emcee pursuing a bachelor in finance, proving that being a rapper does not exempt you from having a degree. The truthfulness behind his lyrics highlights his true stories, and his humble attitude attest of his constant pursuit of improvement.

After rocking different stages in different cities like Abidjan, Accra, Taipei, Kaohsiung and Hualien, youguey has recorded music in both languages french and English.

His style is quite distinct, and his stories are both appealing and sensitive. As he starts to set his style of music, youguey is here to make a difference in his generation.
