Life Itself is a four piece melodic hardcore band from New Jersey. Their debut release, “The More You Love, The More You Lose”, was recorded at the famous Graphic Nature studio in Belleville, NJ. Which has churned out bands like Knocked Loose, Counterparts, Stray From The Path, and Vein as of late. “TMYL, TMYL” is a refreshing change of pace to the music scene. The fast and aggressive drums paired with eerie yet beautiful guitar sections make you pay attention to the songs. On top of all that, are honest, raw lyrics. Very bluntly confronting hot topics like depression, suicide, and abuse. They have made it their mission to normalize talking about things like this that would typically be considered taboo in public.
