Defenders of the Faith ATX

Defenders of the Faith is a Judas Priest tribute band out of Austin, TX, centered around the album Defenders of the Faith, and featuring members of Mob Rules, Judas and the Beast and War Pigs.

After two years of Mob Rules and Judas and the Beast burning down Texas stages together, it became apparent: this musical partnership had to — needed to — happen. Over pints, Dave, John and Scott debated the choice of which album would be played from beginning to end and the classic ripper, Defenders of the Faith, was chosen. Once the band was solidified with Seth and Javier, It didn't take long to realize this would be a Judas Priest tribute going far beyond the eponymous album.
