Mike Mac Music

For the past 8 years Mike has been the leader of nationally touring powerhouse Strange Machines, playing venues and festivals all over the country and sharing the stage with such acts as Michael Franti, The Disco Biscuits, Twiddle, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Dopapod, The Motet and more.

In more recent years Mike started playing out on his own; developing his acoustic looping act, writing new music and gaining increasing popularity as a solo artist. Bringing a wide array of styles and influences into the mix, Mike has honed in on a unique sound that takes listeners on a journey. With thought-provoking lyrics, catchy melodies and tasteful guitar work, this show has a little something for everyone.

As a solo artist, Mike has performed alongside such national acts as Mihali (Twiddle), Zach Deputy and Rob Compa (Dopapod). In November of 2018 Mike had the privilege of joining the lineup for Everyone Orchestra in Boston, playing alongside Marc Brownstein (Disco Biscuits), Alan Evans (Soulive), Tim Carbone (Railroad Earth), Josh Schwartz (Turkuaz), Mihali and Ryan Dempsey (Twiddle) and more.

Spring 2019 marks the busiest tour schedule yet for Mike, as he plans to enter the studio to start work on his first solo album. Be sure to check him out a venue near you!
