Kristin Courville and Eric DiSanto joined forces in January of 2017 to form the musical duo simply known as Kristin and Eric. Two people with a passion for expressing themselves through music, After meeting in the summer of 2016, Kristin asked Eric to sit in with her at a scheduled gig. It only took two rehearsals to realize they were on to something great. The duo have since toured throughout Louisiana and along the Gulf Coast. They are quickly garnering attention with their harmonious sets filled with soulful songs, bluesy guitar riffs, heart felt lyrics, with a few knock-knock jokes in between.



Kristin and Eric’s first album together, Forty-Two Miles, was released in November of 2017. Why Forty-Two Miles? Well... there is only forty-two miles in between where Kristin and Eric grew up … in Pennsylvania! It took over 30 trips around the sun before these two songwriters crossed paths in Louisiana, but this collaboration was certainly written in the stars. Forty-Two Miles includes songs such as “No One Else Like Me” written by Kristin, expressing her subtle sassiness; “Blue Water” that includes hopeful lyrics and sultry slide guitar by Eric’s sexy silver resonator; and “Filling Up My Soul”, a sweet memory of life lessons learned. Kristin’s smooth, passionate vocals paired with Eric’s dynamic musical talent makes for a nostalgic walk through the pair’s stories in each song. One show from this charming duo and you’ll catch on quickly that this is only the beginning of a grandeur adventure. Forty-Two Miles features songs played on local radio and tv, internet radio and has since found its way into the heart of all who have had a listen. Proud of the great reviews and feedback on their debut album, Kristin and Eric are currently on tour while working on songs for their next album.



Who are Kristin and Eric?



Kristin Courville was born in South Louisiana, but was raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Coming from a musical family, she grew up inspired by 70’s and 80’s pop and rock music. Kristin played, sang and learned the tricks of the trade by performing in cover bands until breaking into the songwriting world. Songwriting is now a true-to-self passion for Kristin, allowing her to share her world with listeners and learn from the greats in the songwriting community.



Eric DiSanto, originally from right outside of Philadelphia, now divides his time between Baton Rouge, and Nashville. Eric’s reputation on the slide guitar is fast becoming well known and he has been a sought-after session guitarist for years. Eric has a solid reputation as a guitar and songwriter, releasing his first solo album “I’ll Sail My Ship From Here” in 2007, and his second solo album “Two” in 2016. He is influenced by the blues, Cajun and zydeco music, country and 80’s era rock.
