Very illuminating blending music with backstory and relatively unknown history. Venue access a little challenging for those off campus but all in all quite fine.

The man is very well educated. Well spoken. Good research on his topics. Lots of hard, beautiful wife who is very intelligent and wonderful voice pick up one of those T-shirts there amazing and beautiful.

No-No Boy is an immersive multimedia work blending original folk songs, storytelling, and projected archival images all in service of illuminating hidden American histories. Taking inspiration from his own family’s history living through the Vietnam War as well as many other stories of Asian American experience, Nashville-born songwriter Julian Saporiti has transformed years of doctoral study into an innovative project that bridges a divide between art and scholarship.
