Ramoms

The Ramoms are an all female Ramones Tribute band located in Philadelphia. Because who doesn’t love the Ramones. Jodi took her love of Weird Al and a good pun, got 3 friends together to have some fun and play some shows. What we didn’t expect was for people to love it so much! We have been lucky to share the stage with some of our favorite local and national bands including Weston, The Vibrators and many more. The Ramoms released their first split 7” with the Dad Brains, last Christmas on Pirates Press Records. It featured a cover of the Ramones “Merry Christmas, I Don’t want to fight tonight,” and “LEGO Blocks,” which is a parody of the Ramones song, Chinese Rocks.
The Ramoms have a bunch of stuff coming up in the next year. We are playing Pouzza Fest in Montreal. We have a future release on Pirates Press Records expecting to be out by May. It will feature a mix of kid friendly parody and covers that kids, moms and dads will all love and sing along to! Hey ho let’s go!
