About Otherwife
Based out of San Jose, Otherwife is an indie pop band who plays a unique blend of dream pop and alt rock. Forming in early 2017, their lineup consists of front woman Kyle Abbott, Anuj Arora on guitar, Stephen McQuay on bass, Vincent Bumgarner on keys, and Soliheen Garraway on drums.
Otherwife recently released their debut EP “Magnetic”, which is a sparkly little collection of tracks dealing with love, the lines we draw, and what it means to step outside them.
Their sound combines raw, ethereal vocal stylings, progressive, pop-rock guitar, and catchy melodies. When you put it all together, you get a group that kicks out pop-driven, rock goodness.
