In 2004 he decided to go to Nashville and record his first single “They Wanna Hang a Bad Boy” which was released in 2005. He then went back home to Louisiana, put a band together and started booking local shows. Then Hurricane Katrina hit. He lost everything he owned but remained determined to follow his dream so the next day with a couple changes of clothes and the money in his pocket, he headed to Nashville. Chas has captivated audiences nationwide with his powerhouse vocals and unforgettable performances. His talents have earned him a reputation as one of the most exciting live performers in the country music scene.
