Revocation

Revocation kicks ass. Wished they came through with a normal lineup and not just local bands. But either way, they're great. Only thing that sucks about them..... They don't play The Grip Tightens. One of my all-time fav metal songs...and their most popular.....and they don't play it.

Great show! Venue is very intimate and was cool to go a little old school with no guard rails and watching the band shred arms length away. Venue opened the back patio and front door to get a nice cross breeze all night which kept the show nice and comfortable all night.

Excellent lineup with Unearth, Entheos and High Command. The crowd was really into it and it was fun to watch.

Mad respect for all of the performers and crew who continued this awesome tour, after a terrible tragedy! Top tier show for sure!

Revocation performed excellent with a good setlist. David had broke his wrist the night before. He did the vocals with someone else. Taking on guitar duty.

Fantastic show! Every band was on point. I’ve become a fan of Goatwhore. Revocation blew the doors off the place!

Prestation énorme de la part de Revocation. Un groupe qui maîtrise son sujet, ça groove ou ça blaste sans sourciller ! Une salle presque comble, un public acquis à la cause du groupe 👍🏼 Le son était précis mais si on chipote, ça mériterait de meilleures lights pour une ambiance visuelle en accord avec le death metal très travaillé du groupe !!!

Absolutely great show. All bands cranked out monstrous amounts of metal. Dave and the boys from Revocation not only put on a killer show, they also took the time to interact with the fans and gave us an amazing experience.

Killer show! Venue was small, but it was a great time. Lots of technical difficulties with Dave's monitor, but he played through it like a professional and it was awesome to see the band nail everything live. I also got a picture with Brett so I now have a picture with every member of Revocation!

Revocation was amazing live! My first time seeing one of my favorite bands and they did not disappoint!

Caught these guys for the first time in Chicago opening up for CC. Holy shit I was blown away. Instant fan! They blew Whitechapel off the stage IMO. Please come back to Chicago soon. Hopefully as a headliner! You guys definitely deserve it.

The band was freaking amazing. The sound was on point. My only complaint is I felt like the venue was to small for the amount of people that were there. I know a handful of people left cause it was so hot and overcrowded. Other then that it was great and I had a blast.

The music performance was excellent but light ruined the show. That was ridiculously bad. The splashes of the brightest light were now and there, sometimes with no relation to the music (during guitar solo). If you guys have light engineer please fire them as that was painful even to headbang with the eyes closed. I knew this band rocks and it DOES.

One of the best value for money gigs I've been to. Every band is insane on this lineup currently if you don't have tickets why not?

Great show was really looking forward to seeing Revocation, Rivers of Nihil and Soreption, sound wasn’t great, far too much feedback but none the less great show 🙂

Excellent. 3 bands I knew and 1 I discovered. Sound was mostly good, though too loud at the end, even with plugs. Glad to see bands that are really technical but don't take themselves too seriously.

Everything the bands did was amazing. The venue messed up the mix and the sound wasn't great at times.

Always glad to see live music, but the mix during Revocation was pretty bad. All I could here was drums mostly, and I play guitar, so I was a little bummed I couldn't hear them! I asked a guy next to me if he agreed the sound was off, and he did. I think with so many bands back to back, there just wasn't really time to dial things fully so I get it, and all in all good times.

Great show. Tons of energy...tight musical performance. More people need to know how good these guys are!
