Esther Hazy are an indie-folk band led by multi-instrumentalist Ed Denton, singer/guitarist Paul Lucyk and bassist Neil Robinson. Formed in Montreal but featuring members from Australia and Canada, their electrifying performances were captured in their first release Live at The Paintshop in 2018. In January 2019 they released their debut album The War on Common Sense. Self-described as a critique on modern society, the album showcases their eclectic style which ranges from gentle ballad to psyche-rock.
