Orville Peck

The show itself I really enjoyed! Orville is an all around excellent performance, his voice is just amazing, and he really knows how to work an audience. We did run into some issues though. The band at times was too loud to the point you could barely hear the singer sometimes. I’m not sure if this is the band’s fault or the sound technician but it should’ve been fixed during sound check. Also the rows of seats in the Met Philly were WAY too close together, our knees were slammed against the row in front of ours and thankfully we were moved to the side area where the accessible seating is. The seats are not designed for anyone over 6 feet tall, maybe not even for people 5 feet 8 inches. Also the opening acts took waaaaaay too long with their sets on stage. They both did a great job, but we were there for Orville and it was an hour and a half after the first band began to play till the time Orville stepped on stage. Way too long. Otherwise Orville himself we really enjoyed, hopefully we’ll see him again at a more comfortable venue!

Great show! He was happy to be back playing in Boston and so was I (and the crowd). MGM is a great hall, it's big, but has almost no obstructed views. Just don't drive into town. I took my bike to the train, then the Red Line and Green Line (to Kenmore) and walked to MGM. [Easier when there's no Red Sox game full of people competing to get on the train when heading home though!] :)

Seating was the issue. Orville et al were great. They closed the balcony seating and consolidated everyone to floor seating. I have a disability. I had purchased tickets for front row in balcony so no one would be standing in front of me the while time. You can guess the rest.

Nikki Lane & Emily Nenni were great. Orville sounds just as good in person as he does on his albums. The show seemed to go by so fast because we were having such a great time. Can’t wait for him to come back to the area!

How did I not realize that the legend Tanya Tucker was on the bill? And John Waters hosted all night! I was so giddy! The three opening acts were all great and talented (I'll definitely be looking up Goldie.) Orville was fantastic! He sounded beautiful! (The low notes sounded just as velvety, and his highs sounded just as pure and sweet as on the recordings.) His stage presence was great. He seemed so comfortable up there and was smiling so much. He looked genuinely happy! The crowd saw that and responded in kind! Singing, dancing, loving all of it!

Absolutely fan-f*****g-tastic concert, orville peck is so incredibly talented and his music is such a large inspiration to my music career and it makes you feel so many things, and it speaks to you so deeply. If Orville ever comes back I will one billion percent go again.

What a performance! Peck really has a style of his own, and an incomparable voice! He thoughtfully gave out roses to the best singalongers, dancers, and even a 2 year old. He really got the crowd going with the more rocking songs, and tearful with the more moving songs. One of the best concerts I’ve been to, and a great staff at the venue!

He always brings the energy and puts on a wonderful performance. The sound was great but the seating guidelines for the venue were not outlined well. I paid extra so I could get a good view when I really could have bought a tier below and still able to see him well.

Wonderful venue with great atmosphere and plenty of room to sit and stand comfortably. Show started at 7 with the first opener, 8 for the second opener and Orville at 9, which was a bit more spread out than I might have liked but not a major issue. Both openers were great and Orville Peck was everything I had hoped for.

The Orville Peck fan base is such a loving group! Everyone at Rabbit Rabbit seemed so happy to be there, staff and concert goers. I’ll catch every show that I can!

The venue was cool, a quick walk from our hotel, and couldn’t dream to complain about the man himself. It was a great show, and awesome to see his presence and command of the stage grow even since the beginning of the Bronco tour. Look forward to the next show I can attend!

As a great grandma, who absolutely loves your music, I was so impressed my your generosity, sincerity and courtesy for the crowd. Also, overwhelmed by how thoughtful your fans are for you and for each other. Keep doing what you’re doing, we need artists that give it their all!

Orville Peck is great at keeping the audience engaged and entertained. He has a unique voice and a great sense of fashion. I love his music and seeing him live just makes it even better. This was my second time seeing him live and he did not disappoint.

So Sweet! So much heart and range and twang and swoony croon. I love Orville's live presence and persona... so glad I gifted myself this performance. I'm giving myself one of the roses, because I was sitting by myself ;-) Thank you OP, Band and Crew. Sweet memories will last from this big little night. I didn't think I could love Orville Peck more. But after seeing him live in Charlotte, I'm hooked. He's amazing. Great vocal range and a stage presence that I've never seen before. It was electrifying watching him pull the feels with his vocals one minute and then dance and strum his guitar in a way that brings pure excitement the next. I can't wait to see him again.

Teddy and the Rough Riders were a phenomenal opener that played a bigger set than I expected - a good thing. Orville moved and wowed the crowd. Bria is becoming more essential and impactful at OP shows - a boon for returning fans. OP’s repartee, particularly during the Take You Back encore, is jovial and directed, feeling fresh and unique to the performance. We all swooned at the two guys making out the whole show :) - Venue staff was friendly, welcoming, perfect. Ticket numbers, however, seemed oversold; the crowd was too packed in and the density was uncomfortable on all parts of the main floor. The Tabernacle was also too warm during second half of the night - exacerbating the crowded feeling. - With some fans wearing face masks (the kind for your mouth not upper face) and many still concerned about crowds, I felt too close to everyone around me. One fan passed out while trying to make their way out of the crowd.

Best concert I've ever attended. Orville Peck is truly a superstar (a descriptor I actually heard from another attendee). He has a beautiful voice and a stage presence from which I could not drag my eyes away. The band was fantastic as well, the lady Bria Salmena filling in for Shania Twain on Legends Never Die did her more than justice. After I left the venue, I immediately looked up his other tour locations and will be attending another tour date soon.

Incredible performance. All the energy demonstrated at a small venue in Wichita, KS you’d expect at the grandest of events! Tickets were pricey, but I feel I definitely got more than what I paid for. Great choice having Teddy and the Rough Riders open the evening!

Amazing show! Very intimate, and awesome! He is truly a very charismatic and amazing performer. He has such a positive energy and really inspired the audience. His rapport with both the band and the audience was spellbinding. The performance was amazing! All the hits and everything that I really wanted to hear. It was really kind of just the perfect show to see at the perfect time. I feel really fortunate to have seen him now, because I think he’s really going to be amazing. Also, just because I think he deserves a LOT of credit Chris Huston Lee’s set was a real surprise. I was not expecting such an amazing personal opening. He’s a really gifted songwriter, but also a really angelic singer. The songs were as lyrically brilliant as a Salinger short story. They were whole worlds inside songs, little movies, each and every one. Thanks, Orville for introducing us! I really appreciate it, and it was a night that I’ll remember for a really long time!

this show was amazing!!!!! I hadn't heard of either of the opening acts but they were both very good. I particularly loved boulevards THE STAGE PRESENCE AND ENERGY WAS PHENOMENAL and I looked them up the next day. orville and his band were FRICKING FANTASTIC and surpassed all of my expectations. 10/10 one of the best concerts i've been to and you b*t i'll be seeing them whenever they come back again :)
