Mudkids

Gaining recent popularity due in part to "Rock n Roll Colts Remix," Mudkids have been a part of the independent rap scene for over a decade. Forming in 1997, Elp-Mass and Rusty began recording their first demos in Bloomington, IN. The group started playing shows in their hometown of Indianapolis. Indiana is not exactly the hip-hop capitol of the world, but the 'Kids preseverd and haven't had problems maintaining a well-earned reputation as one of THE acts-to-see in the Midwest. The live show is one of constant movement and change, going from freestyles to Mudkids classics to covers in no time flat. An audience and critical favorite for years, the group has released three albums ("4trackmind", "Upward", and "Higher" and the current release, "Basementality").
