Just as the World turns slowly on its axis - so does that of the progression of Immersed Earth - but when the planets align a sudden change of seismic proportions occur.... Immersed Earth formed in Bristol, 2008 by Budd, Rich and Al, with a common bond, in that they love to play and listen to metal in all its glorious forms Mixing all their influences together (Death, Prog, Thrash/Speed, Trad, Alt...) they have come up with a sound that is at times epic, brutal and incendiary. Over the last year Immersed Earth have grown from strength to strength within the Bristol Metal Underground playing more gigs - from Bristol and Cheltenham to Northern Ireland Belfast- with like minded and forward thinking bands. With a lineup that now features the Bass Beast, aka James 'The Captain' Geoghegan, Immersed Earth are becoming a tighter, stronger and confident live act!
