BAND BIOGRAPHIES:

Ronda Najera - Joliet Jane Blues, Vocals
Ronda Najera, aka Joliet Jane Blues, is a multitalented Vocalist, MC, DJ, Songwriter, Dancer, Actress and Impersonator. She's had the honor of studying voice with the world renowned Judy Davis while developing a range from the lowest note of Joey Ramone to the highest of Robert Plant. A former vocalist for The Tubes, Ronda is also the co-founder of the SF Bay Area's famous "Art and Ronda's Jam Night". Flamboyant and fun, and channeling the late, great, John Belushi for the band, she connects with her audiences and brings them a true Blues Brothers experience.

Sue Garcia - Ellie “Mayhem” Blues ,Harp and Vocals
Bay Area Native Sue Garcia was born with her tap shoes on! She has worked with some of the bay area’s best musicians, performing in high-energy shows and bringing audiences to their feet. She brings her vocals and harp expertise to the band, bringing Elwood to life as Ellie Blues.

Gail Muldrow - Gail “Mojo” Muldrow, Guitar and Vocals
Gail “Mojo” Muldrow has been compared to guitarist such as Jimmy Hendrix, Jimmy Page, and Albert Collins. A multi talented entertainer, she also plays Bass Guitar, Keys and Drums and a vocal style reminiscent of Gladys, Aretha, and Etta. Gail has played many notable bands, including Sly and the Family Stone, The Shadows, GM and the Mark of Excellence, Graham Central Station, Merl Saunders, the Johnny Otis Show, Lips Hands and Feet, JGB 2000, Quicksilver Gold, Funk 101, and the Stone Family Experience.

Terilynn Bench - Donna “Duckling” Duhdunn, Bass
Terilynn Bench, aka Donna “Duckling” Duhdunn, has been playing bass for over 30 years in almost every genre, including blues, swing, punk, metal, rock, and progressive. Winning awards at swing, jazz and blues festivals, Terilynn has been the bassist and keyboardist for a variety of bay area bands, including Swing and a Miss, Crüella All-Female Tribute to Motley Crue, and the Hormones All-Female Tribute to the Ramones, and Hazerfan.


Windy Wild - Drums and Vocals
A multi-instrumentalist and songwriter, Windy started making music at a young age. Windy's drumming roots are in rock, metal, and punk. She has a hard-hitting style with a solid groove. Windy got her start in the Bay Area music scene playing drums for accordion fronted band, Angel Corpus Christi, sharing the stage with bands such as The Cramps and Flipper. Windy was the lead vocalist and drummer for the all-female band BINKY, and is currently the drummer and backing vocalist for the Hormones All-Girl Tribute to the Ramones, Crüella All Female Tribute to Motley Crue, and the original band Firebird.

Paulette Hayes - Backing Vocals
Hailing from Dallas, Texas, Paulette has been singing with a variety of groups, including the Full House Band, Lovette Brown featuring Vibes Choice, and Buttah Love Band.

Carrie Streeter - Keyboards
Carrie got her start in music on piano and oboe/woodwinds, and later shifted her focus to keyboards. She worked with bands in the SLC area including Wave O' Blues and Party Train. Since moving to the Bay Area, she has worked with groups/artists including M8trix, 24-Seven, Star Celebration, Kaylah Marin Project, Mixx Company, Greg Scott Band, Gennaro Cannelora, Sway Peñala, Masterpiece, Buttah's Jook Joint, DejaVu Band (tribute to Teena Marie), Renditions of Aretha, Ray McCoy Band (Luther Vandross tribute), and Full House Band, which has opened for artists including Boney James, Cameo, SOS Band and Ledisi.

A spicy all-female horn section on top of this blues foundation takes the music to the next level. Sax player “Blue Louise” Jane Fossgreen, Sonoma County’s saxiest sweetheart, thrills and inspires her audience with a dynamic and passionate expression that keeps them begging for more! As a recording artist and performer, she plays a wide range of styles, from New Orleans funk, R&B, rock and blues to big band and jazz, as well as teaching music to students of all ages. Also a music teacher by day, Trumpet player Ella Steinberg has played in dozens of soul, pop, salsa and jazz bands in the Bay Area and San Diego, backing artists ranging from the Drifters to Frankie Valli to Clark Terry. Trombone player Sara Cummings puts her background in big bands, jazz and Dixieland combos, and her love of this genre to work rounding out the horn section.
