About LEAN CHIHIRO
Born in Paris, Lean Chihiro is a 20 year-old versatile artist whose activities vary between music, visual arts and modeling. Inspired by Erykah Badu's neo-soul as well as Yung Lean’s Cloud rap. She shares her first tracks on SoundCloud in 2015, quickly building up a small international community.
The idea of self-acceptance is one of the most recurring themes in Lean Chihiro's music.It can be found on her single "Summer Hunter", with which she begins to attract attention in 2017; on "Règlement Space #7", a freestyle created for the media Le Règlement, which counts more than one million plays on Spotify and most importantly on Teenage Humanoid, her last EP released by label Chez Ace in August. Halfway between her carefree teenage years which she gradually leaves behind and the independent woman she aspires to be, this 8 tracks project retraces her passage to adulthood.
