About Ben Dickey
Ben Dickey is a musician and actor born June 24, 1977 in Little Rock, AR. Former bands include Shake Ray Turbine, Amen Booze Rooster, and Blood Feathers. He released a solo album, Sexy Birds and Salt Water Classics, in 2016. In 2018 Dickey was awarded the Sundance Film Festival’s Special Jury Award for Achievement in Acting for his portrayal of Blaze Foley in Ethan Hawke’s film ‘Blaze.’ His forthcoming solo album, produced by Charlie Sexton, will be released in 2019. He lives in Caddo Parish, LA.
