Marquis Jaquavious Cain born July 9th 1996 better known by his stage name FASHION The Rapper, is an American HipHop/Rap recording artist from Atlanta GA. He grew up in different sections of the southern parts of Atlanta. He started writing rap lyrics in 2008 and began participating in rap battles. Soon after, during a pre-live Monique show, he performed on stage. Due to the crowd's reaction, FASHION The Rapper knew what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. In 2012, he began modeling which landed him a "Real Housewives of Atlanta" appearance. While modeling, he continued to write rap lyrics. He joined the military and moved to California where he developed his lyrical talent. Later, he left the military to pursue his music career. His talent was discovered by Luis E. Morales from Platinum Sprockets Entertainment and then signed. Immediately, they began working on his first studio single featuring Too Short. Soon after, he released his studio EP with features from former Def Jam rap legend Jayo Felony, Jarren Benton, Nino Califonya, Mihji Grey and Abudambe. On July 10th, 2018 He released a mixtape named REDEFINED and a few music videos to compliment the project. He is currently working on a new mixtape to be released at the end of this year.
