5 Seconds Of Summer

It was such a good venue, you could see from anywhere in the area no matter your height, and the opening act was AMAZING but I might be biased because I’m already a fan of them. The actual concert was just mind blowing, the audience interactions and hearing the music, and being in the pit. I’ve waited since I was 7 years old to see this band, and it was absolutely everything i’ve dreamed of. the other fans were so nice to me and hugged me while we all cried. Literally take me back it was the best thing ever :(

Had a great time as always, as I’ve seen them almost yearly since 2016. I’m very disappointed that they’ve stopped coming to the nordics, as they have a huge fan base here. Therefor had to fly out from Sweden to Belgium. I’d say this was probably the least personal of their shows that I’ve seen, as they didn’t talk much and when they did it was a bit cringeworthy to be honest (going on and on about how they’re sorry for never coming to Brussels and that if they could decide they would come here every time… which I mean they’re not the tour schedulers but they obviously do get an opinion. So it came across as quite awkward…) Aside from that, they were lovely as always and excel at what you actually pay for; playing music and performing. Nothing revolutionary, they keep to their stage patterns and positions that they’ve had for years, but they do it well and emanate with the audience while playing. The audience battle with Ashton was a bit confusing, it wasn’t explained so unless you expected it from other shows it was quite a mess. The video segments between songs were very entertaining and well done, even especially recorded for each country with a local hotel! I really liked the song dice segment! However I wish the audience actually got to decide on the song by holding the dice down, rather than it falling back to stage with no actual input of the audience. I loved that I got to hear an oldie, even if it wasn’t my fav “English Love Affair” (we got “If you don’t know”). Overall it was definitely a good time but I’m jaded by nostalgia from previous shows… Enjoy this photo of someone picking up tiny Calum:

one of the most meaningful experiences of my life! best night of my life! it was honestly such a dream come true that it's all a bit hazy in my head because i had been waiting for 10 years to finally see 5SOS live and what a bombastic show it was! It was a shame we had to wait so much for the soundcheck to really begin but, as it was the first show in the european leg, i understand there were a lot of logistics to consider! I was mesmerised at how energetic they were the entire show, how enrapturing! It definitely made me want to go to as many 5SOS shows as I can in my life, it only served to deepen the strong bond i feel for this band, and I'm gratefu I get to draw so much inspiration and energy from them!! Loved the show!!! words aren't enough to describe how incredible they were!!!

I grew up with these guys, they were amazing last year but even better now! Hearing them live is like hearing them on the records. It’s literally the same. They love their crowd, their fans and it really comes through in the way they communicate with us. Truly a 10/10 concert. The venue however…. The security is never helpful, they are judging, they are laughing at us instead of helping us. Budapest Aréna is where most of the concerts held (even though there are many other arenas..) but I have never had one good experience with the stuff, which degrades the experience if you let it.

Even though the queue organisation was a bit bad it was, definitely, worth the wait and the standing time. It was, for sure, one of the best concerts of my entire life and 10 years after they are still my band. 5SOS delivered everything I could have wanted from the start to the last second, giving the fans the possibility to listen to the old music we grew up to, up to the latest hits that makes us cry and helps us heal in our young adulthood. An absolute blast. Will be thankful forever and will love you forever. Please don’t take another 8/10 years to come back to Lisbon because we, and the city, already misses you! 🖤

Show was a good time. Now it would’ve been better if I didn’t sit in the lawn the only reason being that the girls around me were rowdy, drunk and obnoxious and spilled beer on my belongings no matter how much I moved. And the bag policy at the venue is wack- I’ve been there 3 times and never had an issue before but I ended up throwing my bag away instead of losing my spot in the ridiculously long line just to go and put it in my car. I didn’t see others get the same treatment. And they gave me a little quart sized snack bag to put my stuff in to “replace” my bag- girl not even an HEB bag 🤚🏾

It was one of the best experiences of my life. My very first 5sos show, and it was amazing. The weather held off this year thankfully (they got interrupted by a lightning storm a previous year). I have been a fan of this band for almost 4 years now, and this was a dream come true. My dad also enjoyed the show, which is something! In his words, "I really liked the drummer (Ashton), and the bass (Calum). The guitarist (Michael), and the pretty boy up front (Luke) were a bit chaotic" I'm so glad I got to see them live, and I will definitely see them again, 10/10 highly recommend

The band is absolutely insane! I've always been obsessed about their live albums and you really can't describe the feeling of actually being at a 5sos concert in words. They were born to be on stage and every single song sounds even better played live. I just had the best night ever. The venue was really good too, it's a small place so I could see very well from common pit's barricade and the people who work there were all very kind. For example, the security always helped me whenever I asked for water :) It was just a great night and I wish 5sos would come back soon cuz I just wanna do it all again!

hi guys! im vicky, me and my other 5 friends travel to argentina for the 2nd date of the tour on buenos aires 🤍 and we all are from Paraguay 🇵🇾 hehe we have a s****y experience with our airbnb we literally had no water and no heater so we were literally freezing and we showered with super cold water it was stressful and sad but every bad thing that happened was compensated at the moment you guys were on the stage 🩵 it was a magical night that we will never forget and we hope that we can see you again in the future under better circumstances 😂

This was my first ever time I saw 5 Seconds Of Summer. I got there at 6am and didn’t leave until 11:30pm. This show was absolutely incredible I loved finally seeing them play right in front of my eyes. It was really special for me because from 2019-2022 I’ve had four major brain surgeries. I was incredibly sick throughout that time, in and out of hospital and they got me through all of that including helping me with the pain I was having. I’ve been a fan since 2016 and being in the second row from the stage, it was just breathtaking that I actually got to see them before the show for the VIP sound check. The staff there were amazing before the show they were trying to give out as much ice blocks as possible before the show, during and after the show they were constantly handing out water and the fans helped them to get to the back of the stadium. All and all this just was such a magical time for me to finally to see my hero’s and show them my sign. I don’t know if they saw it but I feel like they did see it. (I didn’t have it all for the whole show just ever once and awhile) this was 1000% worth the money and if they ever come to my state since I had to fly to Perth I would most definitely come and see them again. I would do anything to back to this point in time just to re love the experience again. 5 Seconds Of Summer thank you so much for everything ❤️

Had a good evening at this ONO show at the Royal Albert Hall. After being a fan of 5SOS for over ten years, getting to see them play this iconic venue in a new way, performing with a live orchestra and choir which they have never done before was a unique and fun experience. I couldn’t believe how close my seats were, within six feet of the stage and the constant interactions from guitarist, Michael Clifford made my night. The only disappointment was that we were promised a two hour show and it only lasted around an hour. Also, there was no encore as there usually is at every 5SOS show so this was a great disappointment for a lot of people that attended. I also found the instruments from the band themselves were a little overpowering on the night which made it difficult to actually hear the instruments of the orchestra on the night which is my reason for my 3* rating of this particular show.

Band was amazing, sound was amazing! I was in the lawn area so it was a little far but worth the price. Ideally bigger screens would be better for those further back. Also, email said that the band would go on at 8:45pm, but they went on at 7:45pm. The band announced this on their Instagram but I was not checking their stories at the time so I did miss the first two songs (that I was excited for). I understand that times are subject to change, but this was a large change. A text message or follow up email on this update when this decision was made would be preferred. Otherwise, a great show!

Was really good and had a lot of fun! Made it halfway through the set list before Ashton (the drummer) suffered from heat exhaustion and required medical care, therefore canceling the concert halfway through. It was understandable since it was around 95°F and very humid along with the smoke machine and he was playing very passionately as he always does. A person in the pit even passed out due to heat and dehydration but Michael (guitarists) handed some water he had on stage to another person in pit that needed it. We waited around 20 minutes singing songs, doing a crowd wave, playing games, and going to get water to distract ourselves before the crew made an announcement saying the concert has been canceled and to hold on to our tickets. Fun night but sad it was cut short. Hoping everyone is okay!

Tremendous show! The band’s sound is so amazing and they are such good performers. My daughters and I had a wonderful time! This is the third time I have seen them and they get better with tour. The only critique I have is that the sound for the drum kit needs to be better. I could only hear the bass drum loud, everything else was muffled, quiet and I couldn’t hear the symbols. But that’s just a wrinkle, the guitars and vocals were on point. Such a great show! These guys are the only band/musicians my kids listen to that I enjoy, because they are very good and very entertaining.

It was an amazing show. I like that the setlist was 26 songs long because the long of the show is very good. The lights and visuals totally supported the show. The thing I loved the most about the show was the interaction the guys had with us as fans, not only they sang the songs but they took time to talk a little and even tried to speak in Spanish which is something I appreciate. If something I want to say, I would have loved that the setlist were more centered in calm because it is the last album. Overall I loved the show. Great music and great experience because the band did an excellent job with their part.

my favo band. the concert was great. however everything that happened before was horrible. had vip tickets and were supposed to go in at 3. we ended up being inside at 7 ish. there were fights going on because some people had numbers on their hand. and therefor they should be at the far front because their number was sooner. there was pushing punching kicking amd lots of fighting. both outside and inside. crew had no clue what to do with it and therefor we waited for 3 hours outside in the burning sun. concert was great. but not in 02 arena. (went in amsterdam too and that was way more fun. more space and way nicer crowd)

the venue is extremely impractical both in the foyer as in the hall itself. The sound was not the best as two of the microphones were way too quiet. The organisation of everything was terrible and i've never seen it this bad. Exit from the floor to the foyer was crowded as there is only one way to go. There was no organised line outside just a crowd of people being let through in sections and the merchandise stands were also crowded with people yelling and pushing their way through. Organisation equals to safety in all ways, and it was not present last night. the show was very good though.
