Enlightened

FR : Pratiquant un metal progressif avec de très prononcées influences stoner, Enlightened délivre une musique à la fois groovy, aérée et puissante, en gardant une approche résolument rock. Formé en 2010, le groupe nantais enregistre son premier EP début 2011 dont certains extraits figureront déjà sur le CD sampler de Rock Hard, les compilations Klonosphere et Combat Nasal et sur la B.O. du jeu vidéo "Underfire". Après un passage remarqué au Festival Terres Blanches de Guérande (w/ Shaka Ponk), ainsi qu'au festival Off du Hellfest, Enlightened consacre une année à la réalisation de leur premier album Discover The Path, qui permet au groupe d'être pressenti comme figure montante de la scène metal stoner prog. Enlightened ouvre la scène du Metalcorner au Hellfest 2015, et sort son nouvel EP " Until The End" sur le label Black Desert Records. Les chroniques sont dithyrambiques : ça sonne, ça groove et donne envie d'y retourner. Le groupe continue à arpenter les scènes en compagnie de diverses formations françaises. Les avis sont unanimes : Enlightened développe toute sa puissance et son énergie en live ! Former 2010, the band records its first EP in 2011 with Yo at Black Desert Studio. Soon after the release of this EP, Enlightened appears yet on many samplers and compilations, like Rock Hard Magazine or Klonosphere and Combat Nasal. End 2011, the band appears on the soundtrack of the videogame "Underfire". After a big stand out at Terre Blanches Festival in Guérande (w/ Shaka Ponk) and during the Hellfest "Off", Enlightened dedicates an entire year to the achievement of their first album "Discover The Path", once again at Yo's Studio. A first extract is available on Klonosphere sample 2013 and the band is seen as the next big thing during their release party. End 2013, Enlightened takes part in Nantes Metal Fest and continues playing with many french bands in 2014. Everyone agrees to say that the band delivers all its power and energy on stage !
