Emerging from the rough streets of Eastside Detroit, Gary Thomas, better known by his stage name, G.T, came on the scene with Street Lord Juan's Record Label, Dirty Glove Entertainment, Influenced by his environment and obstacles he’s overcome. GT hit the streets with grim club bangers and a smooth flow, turning himself into a local hero. GT debuted in 2012 with “I’m A Pro” featuring Atlantic Records Artist Dusty Mcfly, after that he continued putting out tracks built a name that grew in the Midwest. Unfortunately, in 2015 his momentum was slowed by a horrific car accident, flying 50 feet breaking his neck, back and ribs. 2016 he dropped a one of the cities hottest mixtapes “GT & MIA” with BabyFace Ray with hits like “Practice”, “25 Racks”, and “No Love”. GT followed the up with “25 Reasons” that took the city by storm with a visual that surpassed a Million views. GT then took it to another level when he did a collab song with Detroit artist DZ “Hold Me Down” which has surpassed 4 million views and still counting. Countless hits on multiple Albums of Icewear Vezzo distinguishes him from most artist and has gained him collaborations with top rappers and producers such as Dej Loaf, Helluva, Peezy, Sada Baby, Von Classics, Ant Beatz and Molly Brazy, to name a few.
