About Nomads + Natives
Nomads + Natives is the husband and wife duo of Dan + Noele Huie. Along with their band of Philadelphia musicians, Nomads + Natives combine elements of Soul, Americana and Pop to create a truly original sound.
Nomads + Natives is releasing their debut original album, Till We Are Home, in 2018. Working with Grammy-nominated Producer Rusty Varenkamp (MuteMath, Tenth Avenue North, TobyMac), the band has recorded an album of songs that wonderfully fuse together their organic roots and modern pop elements. The songs are carried by Noele's soaring vocals which exude both confidence and intimacy simultaneously. Although the album features their signature "duo-violin" playing, they have not relied solely on this one dimension. Instead they have pushed themselves to venture into new musical arenas. The result is an album full of rich, deep and genre-pushing sounds and songs.
