Mary Vaughn

Mary Vaughn is a singer, songwriter, and musician. After performing solo for many years, she formed Mary Vaughn Band, an original project that features her music with the full experience of a rock band. With Mary Vaughn Band, new ideas of sound are on the horizon. Comparisons have included Heart, Jefferson Airplane, Janis Joplin and the likes, while including a conclusively modern twist. Vaughn performs frequently with a standout vocal style around Chicagoland, and the band continues to grow a regional fan base. In 2019, Mary Vaughn Band released their debut four-track EP, Moorburn, which is available on all digital platforms and as a physical CD sold at shows. They are currently working on two rousing singles to be released in Spring 2020. They frequent bars and clubs in Chicago, so check the Events tab to catch a show!
