ITALIAN VERSION Nati dalla necessità di musica estrema, i Blaskhyrt sono un gruppo death metal emiliano fondato nel 2009 da Antonio Lo Fiego (chitarra) e Danilo Cosa (voce). Nel 2010 la band suona in svariati concerti nel nord Italia. Una volta reclutati Alberto Foresti (batteria), Roman Khmelovskyy (basso) e Simone Martini (chitarra), all’inizio del 2011, il gruppo pubblica il full length di debutto, Void. Successivamente il posto di chitarrista viene preso da Lorenzo Fornaciari e quello di bassista da Anil Koca. Nel 2012 entrano di nuovo in studio per le registrazioni del nuovo album che presenta un cambiamento di stile, mostrando un writing più complesso e ricercato ma al contempo più brutale e tecnico, favorendo una crescita del quintetto. Il 2013 inizia con l’abbandono di Alberto, Antonio ed Anil e l’ingresso di Nicola De Micheli (batteria), Giancarlo Patris (basso) ed Emanuele Freddo (chitarra). Con la nuova formazione viene rilasciato a marzo 2014 il secondo album studio ufficiale intitolato Ideological Carnage. All’inizio del 2015 Riccardo Benedini (chitarra) prende il posto di Emanuele e con lui iniziano le registrazioni del nuovo Promo rilasciato nell'estate dello stesso anno. Il 2016 vede la formazione impegnata nell'attività live e concentrata sulla stesura e l'arrangiamento del terzo full-length ma alla fine dell'anno Giancarlo lascia la band. Nel 2017 la band continua il suo percorso in studio, Lorenzo abbandona il gruppo e Paolo Cancellu (basso) ci entra a far parte. All'inizio del 2018 si aggiunge Lorenzo Astolfi (chitarra) con la prospettiva di rilasciare l'album entro l'anno. ENGLISH VERSION Born from the urge of extreme music, Blaskhyrt is an Italian death metal band founded in 2009 by Antonio Lo Fiego (guitars) and Danilo Cosa (vocals). In 2010 the band played several gigs around nothern Italy. Once recuited Alberto Foresti (drums), Roman Khmelovskyy (bass) and Simone Martini (guitars), in early 2011 the band releases the debut full-legth, Void. After that, Lorenzo Fornaciari becomes the new guitarist and Anil Koca joins as bassist. In 2012 Blaskhyrt enters once agin in the studio for the recording session of the second album, that features a change in the style of the music, showing a more complex and fine songwriting but also more technical and brutal, enhancing the progress of the quintet. 2013 starts with the departure of Alberto, Antonio and Anil and the entry of Nicola De Micheli (drums), Giancarlo Patris (bass) and Emanuele Freddo (guitar). With this new line-up, the second official studio effort “Ideological Carnage” is released in March 2014. In the early phase of 2015, Riccardo Benedini (guitars) replaces Emanuele and the recording process of the promo-record starts and the record is released in Summer. 2016 sees the training engaged in live activity and focused on the drafting and arrangement of the third full-length but at the end of the year Giancarlo leaves the band. In 2017 the band continues its study path, Lorenzo leaves the group and Paolo Cancellu (bass) joins us. At the beginning of 2018, Lorenzo Astolfi (guitar) is added with the prospect of releasing the album within the year. Technical Death Metal from Reggio Emilia since 2009
