About GürtuğGÖK
Gürtuğ Gök graduated from İTU TMDK kaval and composition department in 2011, and started to play saxophone with an interest to jazz music. He got an award at 22nd Akbank Jazz Festival Jamzz Young Talent Competition and got a chance to work with Aaron Goldberg and John Ellis in Chioggia. He has also shared the same stage with many valuable musicians in Turkey, and is working on his own compositions. The preparations for his first album which is scheduled to release in 2017 are ongoing.
