Valhalla / Urban Atmosphere

Urban Atmosphere is a talented young DJ & Producer from Scotland, UK. He started mixing in 2002 and has been producing since 2003. Mixing and producing various forms of dance music, Urban has left no stone unturned! Genres include Hard Dance, Hard Trance, Hardstyle, UK Hardcore, Gabber, Trance, Tech Trance,Techno, House, Dubstep and the list keeps growing!

James (Urban Atmosphere) started mixing Trance back in 2002, then ventured on to UK Hardcore & Freeform in 2003, which also motivated his music production career. Experimenting with different styles only made his own style secure and even more unique. In 2005, James (Urban Atmosphere) was signed up to Japanese Hardcore label, Master Wax Records, with a UK Hardcore version of the legendary trance track "Heart of Asia". In an effort to get his tracks to the top of the charts, James (Urban Atmosphere) started up his own record label, "Ultimate Rush Records", in 2006. Bringing out slammer after slammer, he soared to the top of the UK Hardcore IMO Download charts with his debut track "Back Once Again". Knocking artists such as "Sy & Unknown" and "Darren Styles" off the spot and reaching number 1!

In 2011, James (Urban Atmosphere) started collaborating with Loco (aka MC Loco), producing various forms of Hard Dance music. In a matter of weeks, they were both signed up to Pandemic Records, where they reached number 1 in the Track It Down charts with their track "The Dream".

Recognised in the industry by DJs such as Bass Generator & Mallorca Lee, soaring across the dance charts and providing a unique, energy fueled and adrenaline packed DJ set. Urban Atmosphere is one to watch!

Valhalla
Taking a new venture down the rhythms of groove, James is now also producing under the name, Valhalla, for his Techno and House numbers. Currently, he is working on his forthcoming album, set to be released under his forthcoming new record label, Groove Shack Records.
