Horrendous Disfigurement

Horrendous Disfigurement are a brutal death metal band from Napier, New Zealand, formed in 2010 featuring members from Corpse Feast, Bloodshed, UTU and Carnal. In the vein of DisgorgeUS, Gorgasm and Decrepit Birth we strive to unleash brutal death metal in its pure unrelenting form. With sick gutteral vocals, brutal riff attack, savage pounding bass and pulverizing blast beats we are Horrendous Disfigurement. 2011 the first demo was recorded and HD had multiple gigs across the country thru to 2013, including opening slots for Putrid Pile, Ulcerate, Dawn Of Azazel, Witchrist and a slew of NZ's finest acts. 2013 also saw the creation of the Napier Death Metal Festival in which HD hosts a night of NZs Brutal Death Metal bands. As well as being included in other NZ Metal fests. 2014 saw a successful Australian tour with Carnal playing alongside Laceration Mantra and Eternal Torment. 2015 HD secured an opening slot for Australian heavyweights Disentomb on their NZ tour and opening band for Napalm Death and Carcass. 2017 starting the year off opening for Gorguts and Marduk before hosting NDMF5 then playing our first Auckland show in almost 4 years. With a 9 track full length album in it final stages of completion and new music in the works the future is looking very promising for Horrendous Disfigurement. Brutal Hails!
