The Shades Of Gray

The Shades of Gray Band is a variety cover band that plays Blues, Classic Country and Classic Rock music. We have an extensive song list of music from genres of Blues, Classic Country, Classic Rock and much more. We are a group of seasoned musicians that have been performing in the Houston/Galveston area since 2016. The band consists of electric guitar, keyboards, bass guitar and drums. All members sing and create harmonies that will bring a smile to your face.
From soulful melodies and classic rock hits to toe-tapping country beats, we set the perfect vibe for the most discerning audience.
The Shades of Gray are available to play at clubs, restaurants, festivals, galas, corporate events, wedding receptions and private parties or any event where live music is wanted. The Shades of Gray love to entertain and create a fun atmosphere wherever they play, from the smallest private party or club to major festivals. Audiences of all ages recognize the songs and have fun dancing and singing along. Requests are always welcome.
Moe Mata plays Keyboards that add a unique and versatile sound to the music. Ronnie Dobbs plays Electric Guitar, his style and approach bring sizzling solos, and when necessary, melodic passages to compliment the music. Tony Porcarello plays Bass Guitar and provides the solid foundation to the music. Tommy Hager plays drums, sets the groove. All of the members sing. Whether playing a smooth country ballad or a driving classic rock favorite, the band wants the audience to enjoy the show and have fun. Interacting with the audience, with colorful banter and old jokes keeps the atmosphere light and entertaining.
