Angel Corsi

Angel Corsi is folk singer based in Harlingen, one of the many border towns in deep south Texas. He performs in regional and national listening room venues, house concerts and alternative spaces that nurture original music with an emphasis on solo acoustic performances. He is heavily influenced by artists with similar messaging like Bruce Springsteen and Bob Dylan, as well as, contemporary artists David Gray & Paul Westerberg.

His intimate sound is for the lovers of serenades and outlaws painted on urban landscapes, his songs are often about overcoming the bad environments that can keep us from growing up a person driven by their future instead held down by their complicated past. His words are carefully crafted to create vignettes of defining moments in the characters, Angel often blurs the line between truth and fiction to better illustrate the struggle of one man’s struggle to choose what defines him.
