Lew Houston

Raised in the inner streets of Houston, this Texas native was subject to violence and poverty. Born October 6, 1983, Kelvin Deondrick Lewis, publicly known as Lew Houston, chose to play sports to cope with reality. Influenced by Southern Rap styles, Lew Houston started writing his own lyrics when he wasn't on the field or the court. Most peers never knew he wrote until he finally took his art seriously. He released his debut album in April 2016, The Progression, and has been featured on various artists tracks. Now residing out of San Diego, CA, Lew Houston is a up and coming artist wishing to tell his story.
