About Amy Grant

Amy Grant
Amy Grant's career spans more than 40 years and stretches from her roots in gospel into becoming an iconic pop star, songwriter, television personality and philanthropist. With three multi-platinum albums, six platinum albums and four gold albums, her total career album sales have exceeded 30 million and over 1 billion global streams. Grant’s chart success has been consistent throughout her career with six No. 1 hits, 10 Top 40 pop singles, 17 Top 40 Adult Contemporary tracks and multiple Contemporary Christian chart-toppers.
In addition to her six GRAMMY® Awards, Grant has earned 26 GMA Dove Awards (including four Artist of the Year Awards) and has been awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame as well as the Music City Walk of Fame and the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame. Conventional wisdom has it that Grant put Contemporary Christian Music on the map becoming the first Contemporary Christian artist to have a platinum record, the first to hit No. 1 on the Pop charts and the first to perform at the GRAMMY® Awards. With that, her legacy as one of the most influential artists of the past four decades is assured. In 2022, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts included Grant as one of their five distinguished Honorees to receive the 45th Kennedy Center Honors for lifetime artistic achievements. Grant continues to actively tour each year playing 70+ solo shows in addition to the annual Christmas At The Ryman residency with Vince Gill which celebrated over 100 headline shows at the Ryman, the first co-headliners to mark this incredible milestone.
In 2024, Grant continued her active touring schedule and treated fans to several catalog re-issues including the long-sought after “Songs From The Loft” album, (originally released in 1993), for the first time on digital formats and an ‘Expanded Anniversary Edition’ of her classic album, “House Of Love” with never before heard tracks and remixes, as well as a newly compiled Christmas Collection with Vince Gill entitled, “When I Think Of Christmas” album.
In 2025, Grant completed a headlining Spring Tour culminating in a 2-night residency at the Ryman Auditorium over Mother’s Day weekend. Starting in September through December she will embark on several tours: fall headlining tour, Christmas Together Tour with CeCe Winans and Michael W. Smith, and the annual Christmas At The Ryman Residency with Vince Gill.
Grant is currently promoting her first new album in over a decade, “The Me That Remains” released in May 2026.

What fans are saying
Amy asked if there were anyone who was at one of her concerts for the first time and my brother Jim and couldn't help but laugh because I've been to about 50+events and since I've opened the world of Amy to my brother, he's been to 20+ events. My events include every concert in the Cincinati and Northern Ky. area, concerts in all parts of Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Chicago, etc. An Alaskan Cruise, an Art show and benefit in Chicago, every Christmas concert in our area at Music Hall and the Aronoff and three at the Ryan in Tennnessee, and a couple tapings, I've been to the farm a few times, the church where Amy attended and where it all began and the Coffee House next door. I recently spent a weekend in Nashville for the Rich Mullins production of his new album with original songs that had'nt been published as of yet. It ws a wonderful trip with many music industry events and with a personal concert and gettinig to hang around and get to know somewhat, Cindy Morgan, "the Andrews" (Greer, Peterson, etc.) as we call them and many others, but for the first time it was very hard for me to menauver around all the events. I was so exhausted with increased pain by the time it was over. Still worth it, though! Anyway, I had tickets to the Amy concert and told myself that even if my life is full of health problems,I have the choice to either wallow in the misery or really live and love until I'm gone. To shed light on that misery, here is my new status. I had stage 4 cancer in 2003. It was Hodgkins Lymphoma that had spread to my liver, spleen and pancreas. God blessed me with an extended life. Since 2020 I've had two heart attacks, a stroke, and severe arthritis in my lower back. I also had nine operations on my eyes and I'm about 90% blind at this time. I also have two vascular surgeries scheduled and an upcoming brain surgery to repair a tear where the brain meets the optic nerve. This explains the new me!

The concert was great! Getting to the venue was a NIGHTMARE!! The Fox is an amazing venue, but the lack of traffic control makes it a hot mess! They had only 2 people allowing concert goers to cross the street-- but they NEED secondary Police officers directing traffic as it a crazy area with exessive traffic and with officers directing traffic the flow of traffic could be managed so much better! It was disappointing to miss 30 minutes of the show due to it taking 90 minutes to get from highway 40 to the parking garage across from the Fox !

Concert was a huge blessing! She is doing well in her "Fourth Quarter"! Loved hearing her classic songs as well as new songs. Love song "Trees We'll Never See"! Have enjoyed Amy's music since I was in High School! Met Amy at Blockbuster Video in OKC years ago during college. Love hearing about her walk with the Lord. Going thru my Fourth Quarter also as Elementary Music Educator. What an adventure last 33+ yrs have been. I am third in selfie.🥰
