About Tyler Marco
Tyler Marco has a voice that stops you in your tracks and wraps around you like a velvet cloak on a high-desert night. The first thing you feel is its warmth, and before you know it, you're hooked. She's an open book about falling in love, having a broken heart, making a difference in the world, and finding the courage it takes to leave what hurts you. There are hints of Brandi Carlile and First-Aid Kit, but Tyler works the plains into her songs. She's Texas, through and through.
In 2017, Tyler released “Walking Out On You,” produced by Emmy Award-winning producer, Josh Goode. "Walking Out On You" was featured heavily on Dallas's 91.7 KXT, 96.3 The Wolf, and 99.5 KSCS. Texas Local Live called it: "a single that needs to be on your list of songs to buy now. Tyler has also been featured as a Beats By Her Girl through the Dallas publication The City Influencer, which called her: "authentic in sound, creative in style and firm in self-awareness." She has residencies at Dallas venues such as Nickel and Rye, The Laughing Willow, and Eno’s Pizza Tavern in the reclaimed Bishop Arts District. She's even played The Foundation Room at The House of Blues. She plans to release an EP in early 2019.
