Matt then signed a deal with Concept Music. He was then asked to be the Special Guest of Mariah Carey at her UK concerts. Following that on the 3rd November 2003 , Matt released his first single in the UK since 1997. It was called "I'm Coming With Ya" and reached a fantastic position of number 22 in the UK charts. Matt was asked to appear on Top of The Pops on BBC television which he was ecstatic about.
Matt was then asked to appear on a new TV reality show called Hell's Kitchen along with 9 other celebrities. This show was watched by 8 million viewers every night for 2 weeks on ITV.
