Rise Above The Skyline

Formed in March 2010, Rise Above The Skyline gradually transformed into a serious musical concern, combine Modern Rock into Post-Hardcore sound and little bit taste of Metalcore tune. Consists with six kids who have experience in this music scene with their old bands; Reza Firmansyah, Jaco Ahmad Prasetya, Aryandra Kareem, Nabil Favian, Muhammad Khalid and Rifqi Ardiya Saputra, with their totally different musical background they decided to make a Post-Hardcore band. Influenced by Post-Hardcore ‘nowadays’ bands like Blessthefall, Confide, The Devil Wears Prada, and The Word Alive, they fight with their musicality, and stage act. Efforts and hard-work of course needed for them in every song and every show. From stage to stage, they acted, entertaining, and also give the messages contained in each stage of their performance and their lyrics to the audience and their music lovers. Within several years of comradeship, Rise Above The Skyline has been through transitions of formation and adversities. Thanks to ones who believe in such music, the ensemble is still striving for their very own actualization of ambition and still featured on cycle of local gigs and school parties.
