About E11eventh Hour

"Let's try it!" This has been uttered by E11eventh Hour's latest member, vocalist Cralles Borden, at every show since he joined. Inevitably, a fan will request a song the band has never played, but they are always able to march through it flawlessly. He is just the foil the rest of the band has been looking for since the departure of Travis Yenney, who appeared on 2011's "Trust Fall." His experience with circuit bands such as Knuckle Deep has given him the repertoire and stage presence that allow E11eventh Hour to fly by the seat of their pants and wow audiences across Illinois. Every show so far has been much different, featuring a wide variety of favorites including classic rock, modern rock, and a hint of metal. They are able to cater to almost any crowd, and leave no one unsatisfied. Unfortunately, Cralles did not join in time to appear on E11eventh Hour's newest effort, "My Enemy, My Friend." Bassist Tony Gothard ably stepped into the vocalist seat after almost a year of looking for a vocalist that could do justice to the material. The four-song EP features the hard-hitting rhythm section(featuring drummer Dan Wilson) the band is known for, with Gothard's Bon Scott-esque vocals soaring over top. Guitarist Dan Banker once again doubled as recording and mixing engineer, proving that a professional-sounding album can be had without a big-label budget. Cralles has brought E11eventh Hour to a level previously undreamed of, and the band are still improving with every show. Don't miss them as they tour Western Illinois in support of "My Enemy, My Friend." Somewhere between rock and metal, like the survivors of a tour bus crash between Godsmack and Metallica.
