Kanem X

Kanem X has cultivated a fiery style of guitar playing over the years meddling in hard rock, hard blues, and classic thrash metal. His music takes an instant hold of your senses, navigating you through heartache, joy, perseverance, and passion. He pulls inspiration from guitar heavy weights Slash, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Jimi Hendrix.

Kanem grew up in the good old college town of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Eventually, he did attend and graduate from the University of Michigan with a degree in Electrical Engineering. However, he always picked up a guitar, jamming in jazz bands to thrash metal bands.

Settling into the Motor City, Detroit, Kanem began testing his potential. Even without a proper band, he didn't deny himself from writing, performing and recording music. He released his "Bite The Bullet" EP in Spring 2017, which was home grown, full of character, and completed solo.

They are recording a series of singles being released throughout 2018 and are continuously planning shows.
