Manxome Foe

The band started in computer class at Bell Middle School in 2011, when Coby Gray (Drums) and Jacob Garrard (Bass) spoke about playing instruments and wanting to be in a band. So Coby talked to his brother Chase Gray (Guitar) and Jacob Talked to his brother Cyrus Nelson-Garrard (Guitar). One night, the four musicians went and saw a local band called Gunslinger. That night was their first band practice. They would practice on Fridays playing songs such as Enter Sandman, Hall of the Mountain King, and Aerials. Cyrus eventually grew away from metal and ended up quitting the band. When Cyrus left, they were left without a lead guitarist. So Jacob thought maybe he could take on the position. They went on with this setup for quite a while. Until a good friend of Jacob, Michael Pinkham, was the vocalist for a while until Manxome Foe had to let him go because they were looking for something a little more melodic. In need of a bassist though, Chase decided to switch over to bass. The members now consist of Coby (Drums), Chase (Bass), and Jacob (Lead Guitar/Vocals).
