Bony Chanterelle

Bony Chanterelle, (bone-ee shant-er-el), is a rock and roll band from Oregon. The band - compromised of Chris Fraser (vocal/leadguitar), Devrett Gupta (bass guitar) and Jake Satathite (drums) - formed in Bend's Old Bend district in the summer of 2015. Bony serves up a mix of blues guitar and country scorched lyrics partnered with bouncy rhythms, capturing elements of groove laden psychedelic surf rock culminating in a ripping live performance. They independently released a self titled demo in 2016. Their first full-length album, "THIS CAN'T END NOW", was globally released March 2018, having track "Youth" featured in film LES DRAPEAUX DE PAPIER (Paper Flags) in 2019, along with "Backseat Demons" being featured in other adventure/sport films. The album brought Bony hometown success as well, with Bend's The Source Weekly awarding them 2018's "Best Band" award.
