About Issy Burnup

Issy Burnup – an artist with her very own sound. Being a songwriter, Issy Burnup takes her inspiration from a wide range of musicians and genres including David Bowie, Meatloaf, The Beatles and the Adam Eckersley Band. By listening to this wide range of music, Issy has been able to pluck certain sounds she admires from each to create her own unique style. Some of Issy’s more notable achievements include performing at the Gympie Muster, Airlie Beach Festival of Music, Opening Concert for the Tamworth Country Music Festival as well as numerous other venues around Brisbane and surrounds. Although 2020 has been a slow year due to a slight global pandemic, 2021 is set to be massive with the recording and releasing of her debut EP.
