Frankly Lost

Philadelphia has a healthy growing history of storied punks and musical poets, with many more that are eagerly following in those footsteps. The DIY scene is alive and well there, with many punk show veterans seeking their roots in a more acoustic sound before they find themselves traveling the roads of a troubled, modern America. In recent years the meeting of ‘folk’ and ‘punk’ has gained ground and produced musicians that weave stories into songs played at either a string-breaking pace, or swaying emotively through tales of love, loss, and discontent. It’s a sound that’s as much at home in a basement as it is on a stage. With all this comes Frankly Lost, who is honestly just happy to be here.
