Tonight's Gold Souls concert (my 10th time seeing them) was superb and likely my favorite. Their energy, skill, emotive style and in sync artistry was superb. Lead singer Juniper was outstanding with great range, fresh candid style and theatrical accents. Spot on funky Horn section of 3, innovative keyboardist and extraordinary drummer Billie brought it home with such finesse and balance. The huge crowd was transfixed by their intimate yet energized big sound. This group is among my favorites and should be for festival goers. By their resounding applause, it's clear it is.
Bravo Gold Souls. Even their understated smart in sync attire was tight. Their song selection was well balanced in energy and in depth of their lyrics. Gold Souls rocks!!! They are among the most refreshing sounds in the NorCal circuit for past 15 years.

Gold Souls are a top notch band. The music makes you want to move and also gives great messages through creative lyrics with a meaning current vibe.
Sac Yard is always fun. It's outside carefree, dog and kid friendly as well they serve good beer and wine.
The weather was perfect.

A great turnout out at the review. Great jams every Wednesday night. Thanks Anthony for getting them on the venue. Make them a regular. Great people. Need food at venue.
