Melody Guy is a vocal powerhouse, a touring Americana singer/songwriter who has racked up more than 2 million miles touring the US alone. Based in Nashville, her vocal style has been compared to Janis Joplin, Linda Ronstadt, and Bonnie Raitt. Melody Guy’s songs weave tales that resonate with music lovers with her blend of rock, country, pop, and soul.
Melody has received standing ovations at the Ryman Auditorium and has shared the stage with Country superstar Keith Urban, rock legend Leon Russell, Nanci Griffith, The Avett Brothers, Ashley McBryde, Maren Morris, Amy Grant, and many more.
Her latest album, DRY THE RIVERS, was featured with a full album premiere on Billboard.
One of Melody’s projects of the heart is working with Amy Grant, singing with Amy on the Worship Team, as well as writing songs as the Songwriting Leader, as well as working with the campers as Choir Leader for the program Barefoot Republic At The Farm, a summer camp for kids at Amy’s farm. As well as writing songs with veterans with PTSD at Amy Grant’s farm through Music Therapy of the Rockies.
