Kassie Duggan

Kassie Duggan is a eighteen-year-old American singer making her childhood dreams of being a performing artist a reality. Kassie has always loved music, teaching herself piano and having many chances to perform in front of large audiences at a young age. Naturally, she began to consider expanding this passion into a career.

Kassie’s style would be difficult to define. Stumbling upon soul and Motown when she was eleven, it has left a permanent impact on her musical preferences with classics like Sam Cooke, The Temptations, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin, and Gladys Knight. Additionally, having always been homeschooled along with her three sisters and traveling extensively has given way to an interest in a very broad range of music from around the world. Other influences consist of The Black Keys, Django Reinhardt, Ella Fitzgerald, Muse, Amy Winehouse, The Doors, Caravan Palace, Norah Jones, and Billy Joel.

Currently based out of Houston, Texas, Kassie is jumping back into music after a couple of years’ absence of the pursuit. She is currently in the process of writing and recording an album with great enthusiasm, songwriting between the US and the UK and utilizing her many unique experiences from life and travel to refine and define her style to bring a modern, yet timeless sound to world’s music scene.
