Alley Girl

Alley Girl started out as a Blink-182 inspired pop-punk band in 2009. The set consisted of guitar, base and drums. In 2010 another guitar player joined and the sound became much heavier and more advanced, with guitar and vocal voicings the songs started to get more original and sound more like todays Alley Girl. In 2012 a new guitarist was added and the lead singer left the guitar behind to take the roll as frontman of the band. This is todays setup of Alley Girl, lead singer, lead guitar, rythm guitar, base and drums. The songs varies from heavy easycore inspired guitar riffs to acoustic songs were the lyrics and vocals are in focus. Alley Girl creates depths and dynamics in the songs with the tools they have, the lead gutiarists vocals adds a rock sound to some parts and the dynamic drummer makes every part of a song special. Alley Girl is a live act, they look best and sound best on a stage infornt of people who enjoy the music. In 2012 Alley Girl made it to the final in Swedens second largest music contest ’’Musik Direkt’’, and in the final they ended up as number 6. ’’You posses a great amount of energi! The singers english accent is a bit coloured with a swedish tone and that might be the thing that gives Alley Girl that little extra.
