Kathy Singer

Was born in Santiago, Chile. She finished her studies of teacher of musical education in 1996 in Universidad Metropolitana de Ciencias De La Educación (UMCE).
In 2007 she finished her Master in Education with a major in Evaluation Imparted by the UMCE. Santiago, Chile.
In 1993 she finished International Course of Coral Musical Interpretation with the master Mr. Marco Ducci, given at UMCE.
During 1994 she is nominated to make an assistantship in the Chair of Education of the voice in the Metropolitan University of Cs. of Education. santiago, Chile.
In 2000 she won an scholarship to study Postgraduate Studies in Spain Madrid, Sponsored by The Ministry of Education and Culture of said country and by the A.E.C.I (International Cooperation Agency)
During all her life she has been working as a professional Latin Singer, acoustic guitarist and music teacher . She have enormous experience performing in diferents countries such us Chile, Argentina, Spain and Australia. She have a very strong voice in the register of mezzo- soprano and soprano as well.
Additionally, Kathy Aguirre can play songs in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, and in different styles and decades such us jazz, latin music, romantic, classical , etc.
