Nelson did not disappoint! I haven’t seen them since 1990 in Hershey and they sound the same as they did back then. I loved the intimate acoustic setting. It feels like you’re the only one in the room. Matthew and Gunnar share details and music of their father and also about the many trials they have endured in the music industry.
This was my first visit to the Celestia Theater in Wadsworth, Ohio. Nice atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. I had a nice staff member offer to take a photo of me and my daughter together. It was well worth the 4 hour drive in.
I hope Nelson comes to PA soon. Would love to get my copy of “What Happened To Your Hair” autographed by them!

Nelson rocked Harken Hall. They did two sets. The first set was filled with all of their wonderful hits. They may have cut their hair but their voice and harmony is still there. The second set was filled with all of their dad Rick Nelson's hits. They told stories about many of the songs. Their humor is still there. They are a true entertainment package. We traveled from Ohio to Tennessee to see them at this venue. It was an enjoyable trip. We made new friends along the way.

It was a really good show. Their voices are better than ever. So nice to see them back on stage again and in their element. I have missed them! They performed a good variety of songs, but of course, I rocked out most to the "After the Rain" song selections. Unfortunately, we were unable to meet them due to an upcoming surgery, and distance had to be maintained. It was necessary and understandable, but disappointing all the same. I wore a Nelson t-shirt they signed for me 36 years ago at a radio station in Columbia, MO. I did not get the opportunity to share I still had it. Hopefully they know they were never forgotten. I send Matthew and his wife many prayers and blessings, as well as Gunnar and their families. I pray for a successful surgery and a healthly and expedited recovery. Please continue to bring us you positivity and music.

What an excellent concert. It isn't surprising. Matthew and Gunnar Nelson give each concert their all. With the addition of JJ Farris and the new drummer it was just an enjoyable evening. The venue was full and the crowd really got into their music. So much so when they left the stage the crowd just kept cheering. They came back on for one more song. I have been to many a Nelson show and that was a first for me. Glad they did it. Hope they book some shows in Ohio because driving almost 6 hours was a bit much for my hubby but he was glad he went to the concert too. Thank you for such an enjoyable evening.

What a wonderful show. The venue looked so small from the front but it was surprising when we got inside. The Nelson's kept saying that every seat is a great seat and they were correct. Matthew and Gunnar always give the audience more than they expect. It is a concert and a comedy show. They are personable and extremely good looking like their dad, Rick Nelson. They sang their hits, and their dad's major hits along with video. They even did a song with their dad via a video of him. That was very touching.
This was a girls only trip and we all went home smiling. Cannot wait till the next show.

A Night to Remember with The Nelsons at Rams Head On Stage - Annapolis, MD
What an absolutely fantastic evening with The Nelsons at Rams Head On Stage! This talented brother duo delivered an acoustic show that was both musically impressive and wonderfully personal. They had the audience singing along to their own chart-topping hits like "After the Rain", "Can't Live Without Your Love & Affection," and "More Than Ever," reminding everyone why their music has stood the test of time.
But the magic didn't stop there - they paid heartfelt tribute to their legendary father, Ricky Nelson, performing beloved classics like "Hello Mary Lou," "Travelin' Man," and "Garden Party."
Their harmonies were flawless, their energy was genuine , and their connection with the crowd made the whole evening feel like an intimate gathering with old friends filled with laughter, great music, and a peek into their incredible family history. What made the night extra special were the fun and personal stories they shared about life growing up in such an iconic family, mixed with humor and behind-the-scenes moments from their career.
The brothers are not only talented - they're also incredibly good looking (clearly a great gene pool) - and their warm personalities made the night entertaining and unforgettable.
They also teased their upcoming book, "What Happed to Your Hair?", which I can't wait to read. Hopefully, they will return to Rams Head for another great show - and maybe even a book signing if we're lucky!
If you have the chance to see The Nelsons live, don't miss it. You'll leave smiling, humming their hits, and feeling like part of the family.

I love Matthew and Gunnar so much! I wish I could be at EVERY show! I would travel anywhere to see them! The "Ricky Nelson Remembered" one is my favorite. In fact, it's my favorite thing in the world! I've seen it many times and it's always amazing! They are both so talented and charming! They perform Rick's music with lots of love, care, and respect all while sharing heartfelt personal stories too. They have a great sense of humor, often keeping the audience in laughter over their funny jokes. The show is such a beautiful tribute. It always warms my heart, brings me to tears, makes me laugh, dance, sing along, and is so much fun! It's an absolute must see! You will definitely enjoy it! They do such a great job in keeping the family legacy alive. Their father and grandparents would be so proud of them! Matthew and Gunnar are also very nice and kind people! They always treat their fans like friends. I've met them and they were the absolute sweetest! They really appreciate the support and go above and beyond. They are truly special gems with hearts of gold. Rock on, guys!!

I was really surprised by the venue. It is very intimate and great acoustics. Will definitely check it out for other events. Nelson was great. Loved the way Gunner and Matthew honored their father and his music. Loved the stories they told. Really enjoyed hearing them sing their music, too. I brought my daughter and granddaughter with me. For my 22 year old granddaughter it was an introduction to the music and she really enjoyed it. I follow Nelson on FB so I did have an idea of what to expect. We were not disappointed.

This was our first time at the Reilly Arts Center and we loved it! The venue was clean and modern and staff was very friendly. I have been a Nelson fan since I was a teenager (I saw them live when I was 17 years old) and to see them again at 50 years old was amazing. The performance was so good and they were so personable and even did a meet and greet after. I would definitely go see them again and I would also revisit the Reilly Arts Center.

Nelson does not get the credit they deserve. They are absolutely fantastic in concert, whether it’s a Ricky Nelson Remembered concert or Nelson. They connect with the audience like no other act I’ve seen, and the MGM show was no different. They opened for Lita Ford and Warrant. I bought the tickets just to see Nelson and didn’t even stay for the rest. The sound they produce with just their voices and guitars is unbelievable. They have such talent and are genuinely nice people who appreciate their fans. I have been to many Nelson shows and can’t wait for the next. Nelson fan for life! ❤️

Excellent night Nelson rocked the stage and nailed it . Got it to the point where you felt like you were back in 1991 and 92 amazing guitars with Neil Zaza and JJ Ferris rock the stage as well David Keith amazing drummer and of course, Matthew and Gunnar nailed every song and made you feel like you were in a major concert hall from back in the day. And of course, the tent was perfectly air-conditioned. Staff was amazing and it was really great to see some of the band members after the fact. Great job gunnar and matt for bringing Nelson back to the stage Lizzie

Matthew and Gunnar never disappoint! This was a Ricky Nelson Remembered show. They mostly did their version of their dad's songs. They do it lovingly. You can really tell that they truly miss their dad, their best friend as they say. This was a three piece group with David Keith as the drummer. He is very good doing this as well as hard rock. All of them are capable band members and all sing. My friends and I had a great time. The staff at the Sorg was absolutely wonderful. They are all volunteers. They treated us like old friends.

The Wilmington show was such a fun time. Got to talk with Neil Zaza for a little bit. He found out I was from Cleveland so we have something in common. He was so nice as was David Keith. Matthew and Gunnar are also the kindest people. The band did their full band songs and everyone had a great time. The street in front of the stage was just packed. The weather was perfect as well. The people in Wilmington that put this on were very kind to us that came. Talked with the one security guy and he was very glad to see so many people in the audience. It was their 6th year putting it on. Great line up of talent. Our group that went just had a great time. Thanks to all that made this happen!!!

Awesome concert. Not the best experience at the venue though. My wife had to move to a vacant seat during the concert, since a very tall person sat in front of her & she couldn't see over or around them. Apparently, the venue does not even ask or restrict cellphone use or recording of concert. I counted 9 cellphones at one point in my balcony area in use & one even had the bright flash part on. It was very distracting with people using their cellphones. Nevertheless, Gunnar & Matthew Nelson are very talented & were very entertaining.
I rated the show 5 stars because of the performance & not the venue.

The Nelson show was excellent as usual. David Keith drummed his heart out, Neil Zaza can make a guitar just sing. I was happy that JJ Farris got to sing a song he has a beautiful voice and can also make a guitar sing! And Matthew and Gunnar....well they are so special. They sang all of their hits and then some. They would have every right to be egotistical rock stars but they are both the nicest humans to their fans. Safe travels to the entire band. See you down the road.

The Nelson show at the Goodyear theater was absolutely fantastic. They were the sole act that night. They didn't have to hurry to get off stage for another group to come on and they seemed very relaxed and even they seemed to have a great time. They talked more which was wonderful. Both Matthew and Gunner have a great sense of humor and they are just so down to earth and kind to their fans. I did get to meet their drummer David Keith and he is exactly the same. Kind and down to earth. The home town crowd was there to cheer on Neil Zaza (man he can play that guitar!) and JJ Farris brought his entire family!! JJ can also play a mean guitar. It was truly an enjoyable night. Thank you guys for coming to Akron. Hope to see you again very soon.

Went to the Picktown Palooza specifically to see Nelson. I never saw them 30 years ago but they acted like they were still in their 20s. It was absolutely brutally hot. They gave it their all. It was all of the hits from their first album and it was fabulous. The crowd may have been there for Slaughter but they sang every song that Nelson sang. I sure hope they heard us. There were some technical issues but they handled it with humor and professionalism. The brothers cared for one another on stage. They made it thru together. I cannot say enough how great the concert was. I am glad I will get to see them again in Akron, Ohio. Matthew and Gunnar are truly great human beings besides being rock stars. We traveled about three hours to get to the concert in Ravenswood and it was worth every mile of that travel. The twins are very hard working and talented. I was lucky enough to meet Gunnar for a few minutes and he was so nice. I also got to talk to their drummer and he was very sweet. He has only wonderful things to say about them.
They had lots of rain at the location during their sound check but luckily the skies brightened and the concert was humid but not raining. They played quite a few of their dad's songs and a couple of theirs. I can't wait for their new album to come out hopefully early next year. It was a very enjoyable concert. I can't wait to see them next time. Hopefully they will come to Ohio soon!
