Formed in November of 1999, in the small suburban community of New Baltimore, MI, AUTO PILOT is the collective dissent of four individuals, illustrating the beauty arising within the quest for understanding through art. A progressive blend of passion-laden alternative music, AUTO PILOT has effectively managed to cultivate and nurture a refreshingly unique sound all their own.

Commanding an almost cinematic presence, the sound of AUTO PILOT is defined by emotionally compelling movements, and vast, cerebral landscapes. Transcending the mundane through bold sonic explorations, AUTO PILOT is a balance of natural dynamics and innovative lyrical impressions.

The Starving Rose, AUTO PILOTs debut release on Medea Records, carries the listener along on a journey through the very midst of the minds antipodes.
