EMiRAE are an indie synth pop band with an intriguing palette of guitar effects and synth keys, crowned by the sultry vocals of Faye Dolle.

Purveyors of deep atmospheric soundscapes, they strike out of the mainstream with quirky, intricate songwriting leaving you in a state of introspection one moment, and in the next whisking you off to livelier, more tropical shores.

The lead singer of the group, Faye Dolle, slides in and out of songs with powerful lyrics and her breathy tone resembling a London Grammar-esque voice. Bringing dynamics to the stage, the lead guitarist Josh Thomas brings in delicate patterns building them up to powerful and intense moments in the song leaving you in a confused state of passion, euphoria, angst, and frustration. With hooking bass lines tied tightly to memorable drum beats, Sam Jones and Tom Crabb drive melodies, hinting at a funky groove underlining the song. Textures of ambient and galactic sounds are unhinged, leaving you in a dark and jarring melancholy and curiosity.
