About Hydra Plane
Formed in Baton Rouge, Louisiana mid 2016, Hydra Plane plays a combination of psychedelic rock, jazz, and funk, as well as other styles such as hip-hop and world music. The trio consists of Jacob Stanley on guitar and vocals, Eric Stewart on Bass, and Stephen Nelson on drums however they frequently collaborate with various horn players, percussionists, and rappers. Hydra Plane is highly improvisational and strives to always bring something new to their live performances and recordings.
